Join Our Mission

The Fair Finance Fund works hard to walk the talk of our mission. We and our partners are committed to upholding the values of equity, diversity, and belonging, recognizing that this is an ongoing reflective practice as relevant to those we serve as to those who serve with us.

In pursuit of these values, we actively encourage applications from members of groups experiencing barriers to equity, including but not limited to members of the BIPOC and LGBTQ2S+ communities. Applicants are welcome to self-identify in their applications.

The Fair Finance Fund is committed to diversity, inclusivity, and equitability in the workplace and in lending activities. The Fund aims to achieve representation on Board, staff, and review committees, as well as in loan recipients, from diverse groups, regions, food and farm sectors, business types, stages of development and sizes, and not to discriminate on the basis of gender, race, ethnicity, national or regional origin, age, sexual orientation or identity, education or disability.

We are committed to a nondiscriminatory approach and provide equal opportunity for employment and advancement in all of our departments, programs, and worksites. We respect and value diverse life experiences and heritages and ensure that all voices are valued and heard.
